About us
Paloma turns Facebook & Instagram DMs into a storefront for individual sellers and top brands, where consumers are 2-10x more likely to buy. This is the first DM-Commerce platform, with everything you need to run an online store, no website required.
We're a fast-growing, venture-backed team, with extensive product experience in messaging, ecom, and startup software.

How we work
People are buying things through DMs every day around the world, but sellers have had no way to manage these sales with any of the tools you'd find in traditional commerce settings like websites and in-person. Paloma is the very first DM-commerce platform, built to help sellers manage their inventory, automate checkouts, and get order updates, all in minutes right from their phones.
What you'll do
- Uncover and evaluate impact of customer pain points and new opportunities, both in existing and new markets, through user interviews, competitive analysis, qualitative analytics, marketing data, and conversations with internal teams
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to understand business objectives, and ensure the product strategy serves the short- and long-term objectives of business
- Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver high-impact, lowest-effort solutions to the most pressing problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to drive product adoption, test new markets, and ensure customer success
- Drive the roadmap of our internal qualitative analytics and product dashboards to measure success and collect insights at scale
- Work with platform partners to understand, scope, deliver, and support integrations to expand to new markets and enable new functionality
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements and enhancements
