About us
Paloma is the ecommerce platform for social-first selling, taking consumers from comment to checkout without leaving Instagram. Our tools enable business owners to run their entire online business without ever having to build a website.
This is a unique opportunity to be the third full-time team member in an early stage startup, building a new product for a market that's been fully vetted.
Paloma was first started in 2017, working with top-tier D2C and enterprise brands, and has since relaunched in 2023 with a new product & customer base – Social Live Sellers.
$17B was spent during Live Sales in the US last year, but there are no other tools for businesses to automate these orders on social channels like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and more. We launched for this demo with a beta in April, and have processed over $100k in revenue with just our first 5 accounts.
You'll be working alongside Founder & CEO, Kelsey Hunter, with a background in retail, marketing & ecom software, and Krista Triviso, Lead Engineer having previously built messaging and ecom auction tools. We're a seed-funded venture-backed business supported by experts in ecom, fintech and payments.
